UI/ UX & Product Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision and strategy of our product. They will be responsible for defining the user experience of our products and creating a visually appealing and intuitive user interface. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing user-centred products.

What will you be doing?

If you’re successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

  • Lead the UI/UX design process from research to implementation.
  • Define and implement design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with co-founders, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all aspects of the product.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

What you’ll need to bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on software products.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of user-centred design and the design process.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with fast-paced needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies and accessibility standards.

  • Understanding of and experience with products for the social care industry. 

Compensation

INR 18-24 Lacs Per Annum CTC + ESOPS .
